Inpatient Rehabilitation Physiatrist Opportunity in Baltimore, MD
Position Overview
Permanent, full-time position
Specialty: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Practice Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Schedule: Full-time, hours vary
Patient Population: Adult inpatient rehabilitation
Clinical Responsibilities
Serve as attending physician on a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation unit
Manage patients with neurologic, orthopedic, medically complex, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation care team
Participate in inpatient call rotation (approximately 1 week every 12 weeks)
Supervise and teach resident physicians as part of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency program
Program & Practice Highlights
Hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation facility with 43 beds
CARF-accredited programs including brain injury, stroke, amputee, and comprehensive rehabilitation

Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary range: $225K - $260K (based on experience and board status)
