🗓 Schedule

Onsite Coverage: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

1-hour unpaid lunch

📋 Requirements

Board Certified in PM&R – Required

Active Iowa medical license or IMLC LOQ (LOQ required at name clear)
