We are seeking a dynamic Inpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join and lead our expanding rehabilitation team at the 49-bed in TX. This is a unique opportunity to join as Medical Director, or to step into a leadership-track role with support to grow into the Medical Director of our inpatient rehab program.

Knowledge of compliance and regulations surrounding inpatient rehabilitation is paramount. The ideal candidate will have a collegial growth mindset and the ability to provide high-quality and compassionate care to complex patients.

About Your Work:
  • 1.0 Full-Time
  • Join an experienced team that includes 1 nurse practitioner, physical therapists, nurses, support staff
  • 80% Clinical/20% Administrative
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (or flexible schedule)
  • Call: 7 days/month that includes 1 weekend per month
  • Rewarding teaching opportunities
  • Daily Patient Load: 16-20
  • EMR: Epic
  • Opportunities for outpatient clinic if desired

About our Rehabilitation Center:

The Rehabilitation Center includes a 49-bed inpatient hospital, 14 outpatient therapy clinics, 11 cardiopulmonary rehabilitation clinics and nine Olympic fitness centers, with access to some of the most advanced therapy techniques and care available.
