Job description
A progressive, technology-driven telehealth organization is seeking board-certified physicians to join its remote care team. This part-time/Locum, fully remote opportunity is ideal for physicians with backgrounds in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine who are passionate about accessible, patient-centered care.
We provide both asynchronous and synchronous consultations, focusing on chronic condition management, mental health, and primary care. Physicians will have the flexibility to set their own hours and work from anywhere in Texas.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health and primary care conditions
• Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances
• Manage treatment plans for patients, including those with co-occurring conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Deliver culturally sensitive, personalized treatment
Qualifications
• Active medical license in Texas (additional state licenses are a plus)
• Valid DEA license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing care independently in a virtual environment
• Experience in adolescent psychiatry and telemedicine is a plus
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
