Job description
We are seeking an outpatient provider experienced in botulinum toxin (Botox) injections for spasticity management.
While a physiatrist is preferred, we are also open to Neurologists or Anesthesiology-trained Pain Physicians with demonstrated expertise in managing spasticity using Botox.
This role supports our growing spasticity program and will involve independent outpatient clinic sessions focused on evaluating and treating patients with spasticity-related conditions.
Candidates with additional skills—such as EMG experience—may be considered for expanded outpatient physiatry coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient care for spasticity patients, including Botox procedures
Manage a full clinic caseload during designated sessions
Collaborate with the physiatry program and interdisciplinary team as needed
Practice independently with the support of RN and MA clinical staff
Optional: Additional outpatient physiatry services (e.g., EMG) if candidate skillset aligns
Schedule Details:
Clinic: Two full-day sessions per week (8am–5pm)
Frequency: Three weeks per month
Flexibility: Multiple AM/PM time slots available
No call coverage required

RN and Medical Assistant support staff
Epic EMR system
Collaborative, patient-centered care environment
Requirements:
Board Certified in Physiatry, Neurology, Anesthesiology, or appropriate specialty
Required Certifications: BLS
Demonstrated experience with Botox for spasticity management
Comfortable practicing independently in an outpatient setting
No supervision responsibilities; no mid-level providers requiring oversight
