- Other Details: They are seeking weekend coverage every Saturday and Sunday with six hours of onsite work at two nearby facilities, followed by night call for any admissions. The role involves managing an inpatient acute care rehab unit with responsibilities including admissions, discharges, rounding, and caring for a general PM&R case mix with support from internal medicine and consult services such as neurology, orthopedics, pain management, and internal medicine. Providers should ideally be able to perform standard PM&R procedures including EMG/NCS, joint injections, and spasticity management with Botox or intrathecal baclofen pumps. The practice setting is inpatient, and requirements include an active DEA, AHA BLS certification, and a minimum of two years of inpatient PM&R experience. Coverage is needed every weekend, with approximately 12–13 patients per day, and all hours are billable. COVID-19 vaccination with booster is required, with medical or religious exemptions allowed, and flu vaccine requirements are not specified.

Job Responsibilities
