Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist (or Neurologist / Anesthesiologist with appropriate experience) to provide outpatient clinic coverage for spasticity patients requiring botox treatment. This flexible, part-time assignment offers consistent clinic sessions with strong support staff and no call responsibilities.

We are seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist (or Neurologist / Anesthesiologist with appropriate experience) to provide outpatient clinic coverage for spasticity patients requiring botox treatment. This flexible, part-time assignment offers consistent clinic sessions with strong support staff and no call responsibilities.
- Schedule: 2 full clinic days per week, 3 weeks per month
- Shift Times: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Scope of Practice: Outpatient spasticity management, botox procedures, EMGs (preferred but not required)
- Call: None
- Patient Load: Full clinic schedule
- Support Staff: RN and MA clinic support; no supervision responsibilities
- EMR: Epic
- Procedures: Botox for spasticity management (required); EMG skills strongly preferred
- Pay Ranking: Top 12% of market for outpatient physiatry locum tenens
- HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency
- Prepaid travel & lodging provided
- Malpractice insurance covered
- Board Certification in Physiatry, Neurology, or Anesthesiology (Required)
- Active VT Medical License (Preferred; will consider IMLC or those willing to license)
- Botox injection experience for spasticity management (Required)
- EMG experience (Preferred)
- BLS (Required)
