A leading 131-bed acute care facility in Norfolk, Nebraska, is seeking a **Board Certified/Board Eligible Physiatrist** to serve as **Medical Director and Attending Physician** for its **Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit** and outpatient PM&R clinic. This position offers the opportunity to shape the rehabilitation program while enjoying a financially stable practice with excellent administrative support.

#### **Position Highlights:**
- **Dual Role:** Medical Director for the 7-bed Inpatient Rehab Unit and attending physician in the outpatient PM&R clinic
- **Outpatient Focus Areas:** EMGs, Botox, spasticity management, MSK pathologies, hospital discharge follow-ups, and new referrals
- **Inpatient Case Mix:** Stroke, neurologic disorders, hip fractures, trauma, amputations, complex medical/debility patients, mild–moderate SCI, and mild brain injuries
- **Staffing:** 80% of RNs are CRRN-certified; well-trained nursing and therapy teams
- **Location:** Rehab unit located on hospital’s main campus for convenient consult access
