Position Overview
We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to provide inpatient rehab coverage in Illinois. The provider will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients recovering from a wide range of physical and neurological conditions.
Assignment Details
- Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation floor
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–4p
- No weekends | No call
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
- Daily Census: Consistent with rehab floor standards
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: Full and Temporary privileges available (approx. 30 days for credentialing)
Requirements
- Board Certification: Required (PM&R)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Licensure: Active Illinois medical license and CSR required
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
