The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Rehab Credentialed Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with at least 2 years of post-acute care experience.
• Position is for Inpatient Rehabilitation with full Internal Medicine support and consultations on all patients if desired.
• Day time position.
• Very flexible schedule and hours.
• No procedures required. If desired, performing trigger point injections, joint injections, and other procedures is an option.
• Current IL state license is a plus.
• Skilled Nursing or nursing home experience is a plus.

• 40 staffed beds.
• 15-20 daily encounters and no night shift.
• Annual volume of 9,200; no admissions or discharges.
• No procedures required.
• Excellent relationship with the administrative team.
