We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical well-being. Spanish speaking skills preferred. Job Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy, pediatric care, and inpatient rehabilitation
- Educate patients and their families on home care exercises and techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Ability to commute to Salt Lake City, UT 84123 (Required)

- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Proficient in providing care for inpatient rehabilitation and acute care patients
