Interventional Pain Opportunity for PM&R in Lafayette, Indiana

High-Income, No-Call Position with ASC Ownership and Strong Support


A respected, physician-owned interventional pain management group in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a PM&R-trained physician with EMG experience to join its growing team. This role offers a true interventional pain practice with ASC access, exceptional income potential, and the efficiency and autonomy that come with a private practice model.


Practice Overview

  • 100 percent interventional pain role for a PM&R physician
  • EMGs required; two up-to-date EMG machines already in place
  • Mix of clinic, ASC procedures, and EMG coverage across Lafayette and Kokomo
  • Four-day workweek, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or call
  • Physician-owned model with scribes and a highly efficient workflow
  • ASC access for spinal cord stimulators, injections, pain pumps, and additional procedures
  • Strong referral base and minimal local competition

Compensation & Benefits

  • $450,000 to $550,000 salary guarantee for two years plus RVU bonuses
  • Physicians routinely earn $750,000+ annually under the RVU model
  • ASC partnership available after two years, with a projected two-year payback
  • Signing bonus of $20,000 and relocation allowance up to $20,000
  • Full benefits including PTO, CME allowance, malpractice (occurrence), health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match

Candidate Profile

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible PM&R physician
  • Strong EMG skills; must be able to perform EMGs independently
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
  • Interest in interventional pain procedures in an ASC setting
  • Team-oriented, efficiency-driven, and comfortable with a high-volume workflow
