About the Opportunity
An established and growing neuro-rehabilitation practice is seeking a Medical Director to lead outpatient services in Sussex County, DE, with additional leadership responsibilities in Kent County. This is a rare chance to take on a leadership role in a high-demand specialty area, with no call and no weekends required.
The multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, and Chiropractors, all working together to maximize patient independence. The practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including computerized cognitive, oculomotor, vestibular, and balance testing systems.
Position Overview

Leadership role at the new Sussex County office; leadership float in Kent County office (38 miles apart).

Outpatient focus: Brain injury, spasticity, dystonia, SCI, headaches, and musculoskeletal cases.

Customize patient mix based on clinical interests.

Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Program development, quality assurance, community outreach, and staff training.

Perform injections for spasticity/dystonia (Botulinum toxin, phenol chemodenervation).

Baclofen pump refills, programming, and troubleshooting.

Prescribe medications and therapies.

Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, primary care, occupational medicine, case managers, ERs, and urgent care centers.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $300,000 – $350,000

Additional Incentives: Up to $100,000 annually
