We are seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to provide sporadic/PRN coverage at a reputable facility in Fort Collins, CO. This is a high-priority locum opportunity offering competitive hourly rates ($260–$270/hr) plus travel & lodging support.
Job Responsibilities
Typical: 1–2 admissions/discharges per day
Mix: Sports/Ortho (33%) | CNS Rehab (50%) | Medical Rehab (17%)
300-bed hospital support, with full specialty access
Epic EMR
Qualifications
Active CO license or IMLC
Inpatient rehab experience preferred
Working Hours
Weekday shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7a–5p)
Night call: 5p–7a (low census, minimal call-backs)
Occasional weekend call (every 4th–7th weekend, flexible)
Skills
$260–$270/hr
Paid travel (flights, lodging, rental car, mileage reimbursement)
PRN flexibility with excellent support team
