Locum Tenens Opportunity: Physiatrist (PM&R)
📍 Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
🏥 Facility: 300-bed hospital | Level III Trauma Center
📅 Schedule: Wed, Thurs, Fri weekly + flexible weekend call (every 4th–7th weekend)
🕒 Shift: Day 7 AM–5 PM; Night call 5 PM–7 AM (low call volume, minimal callbacks)
👥 Group Size: 7 PM&R Physicians
💼 Practice Setting: 100% Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation
Caseload & Practice Mix:

Avg. patients/day: 14

PM&R breakdown:

Sports/Ortho Rehab: 33%

CNS Rehab: 50%

Medical Rehab: 17%

Worksite Resources:
-
14 exam rooms
-
Onsite X-ray

Epic EMR (Hospital system)

Affiliated hospital transfers common within 13–28 miles
Required Procedures & Setting:

Sub-acute inpatient rehabilitation facility

Supervision of other providers not required during locum coverage
