- Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings
- Weekly Cre Plan Documentation
- Pre-Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines
- Prescribing Narcotics
- PAPE/H & P
• Specialized Procedures:
- Stroke
- Amputations
- TBI
• 24-hour Surgical Services available: General, Neuro, CT, Ortho, Vascular, at STF
• Lab onsite (24-hour available)
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Locum provider will be required to supervise APPs
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active CT License
• BC/BE
• ACLS
• DEA
