🏥 $200/hr - Inpatient PM&R Locum Opportunity in Hartford, CT | No Call, Local Providers Only!

We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist to join a well-established inpatient rehab team in Hartford, Connecticut for a 3–6 month locum assignment, starting August 4, 2025. This is a local-only opportunity with $200/hr pay and mileage reimbursement—ideal for a Connecticut-based provider looking for a stable, well-supported inpatient setting.

🩺 Position Highlights:

• Start Date: August 4, 2025 (credentialing takes 45–60 days)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, inpatient coverage only (no call)

• Location: Hartford, CT – local candidates only (mileage reimbursed)

• Patient Load: Mid-20s per day; adults only

• EMR: EPIC

• Team Structure: Work alongside 4 physicians, 3 APPs, and a full support staff

• Procedures/Responsibilities Include:

  • Pre-admission screenings

  • Discharge summaries and care plan documentation

  • Stroke, amputation, and TBI rehabilitation care

  • Interdisciplinary team meetings

  • Medication reconciliation and narcotics prescribing

🚫 Not Included:

• No trauma, no emergent care
  

💼 Requirements:

• Board Certified/Eligible in PM&R

• Active CT License

• DEA and ACLS required
