We are actively seeking Medical Directors (Physiatrists) for two 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospitals opening in September in Lake City, Florida and Cleveland (Sheboygan area), Wisconsin.
This is a full-time leadership role offering an excellent administrative stipend, autonomy in billing for patient care services, and relocation support if needed.
Position Highlights:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Locations: Lake City, FL & Cleveland, WI
- Setting: Inpatient Rehab (36-bed hospitals)
- Schedule: Full-time | No set shifts | Shared call
- Compensation:
- Administrative Stipend: $150K–$170K
- Physician bills and collects for clinical services
- Sign-on Bonus: Potential

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Minimum 1-year post-residency experience
