Position Overview:
Medical Director for a 10-bed acute rehabilitation unit
Minimum of 20 hours per week
Provide leadership and clinical oversight for a multidisciplinary rehab team
Ensure compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, and organizational standards
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Program Director and therapy staff
Develop care protocols and support quality improvement
Guide rehabilitation plans for patients requiring physical, occupational, and speech therapy
