Covelo Direct is looking for a PM&R locum tenens to work in a full time capacity in Vermont.

- Outpatient clinic to deliver care to spasticity patients including botox, spinal cord injury management, general MSK, EMG studies
- Four day work week + 1 weekend of call per month for inpatient rehab
- Must be board certified in PM&R
