Work Dates Needed: Asap with 3 weeks credential - until they secure perm provider
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
Worksite Setting: 100% outpatient FQHC
Scope of Work: Primar Care with pain mngt, mail office so other MD's will be in the practice, all charts completed within 48 hours of seeing patients, Chronic Disease mnt,
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE MD or DO, SC license, DEA 1 to 3 years experience, BLS,
EMR: E Clinical Works
Expenses are covered.
