As an independent contractor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients, working closely with the CEO, Medical Director, and clinical team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while maintaining autonomy and collaboration with a supportive medical team. Adherence to state and federal regulations, CMS guidelines, and The Joint Commission standards is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Provide physiatric care to patients in a 64-bed rehabilitation facility. * Work alongside the CEO, Medical Director, and clinical team to deliver effective, patient-centered care. * Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, CMS, and The Joint Commission guidelines. * Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage patient care effectively. * Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions to optimize patient outcomes.
