We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation and a passion for delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage pain from injury, illness, or medical conditions.
- Create personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans to restore functionality.
- Administer injections, prescribe medications, and educate patients on exercise, nutrition, and pain management.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to optimize patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution, NY Medical License.
- 5+ years of experience (preferred).
- Workers' Compensation Authorized, knowledge of No Fault and Workers’ Compensation laws.
- Licensed Acupuncturist (preferred).
- Must be willing to travel within NYC.
