Practice Setting:
- 80-bed freestanding inpatient rehabilitation facility w/avg census 55
- Join a team of 2 physicians, 1 supporting Hospitalist with great staff retention to support the physicians
- Tenured nursing staff, and an expert team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists with specialties including Brain injuries, Amputee, Stoke and Spinal. In addition, therapy dogs come in to the hospital to bring joy ot the patients and team members
- At this facility, we are so fortunate to have a Vector Harness System
- We also offer by-the-hour rental outpatient space to perform EMGs, nerve blocks, Botox, etc., to supplement your income
- Centralized nurses station, a state-of-the-art therapy gym, PT Cruiser automobile for therapy, an outside courtyard, small therapy garden, and step down suite to prepare them for going home
Compensation:
- Competitive income guarantee the first year of $280,000 with $340,000 potential
- Very competitive sign-on bonus and relocation to get you to Tucson
- Retain 100% of your billing and collections, expected to exceed $400,000
