The role of the physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist is key in the growth and quality of care a patient receives. You will work collaboratively with the primary care physician, advanced practice provider, physical and occupation therapist to enhance each patients stay by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life.

Below is a list of some of the medical services our physiatrists and rehabilitation specialists provide:
  • Treatment for spasticity or pain that limits function
  • Prescribe adaptive devices for safety
  • Reduce opioid use through the use of alternative medication and modalities.
  • Educate staff on all aspects of the rehabilitation process.
  • Work closely with an IDT team on the most technology-based therapies to help patients regain their independence.

Compensation is Fee For Service (FFS) with incentives. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $235,000 annually to $255,000 annually + incentives.
