We're looking for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician to provide medical services to patients in assigned hospitals. You'll need a medical degree from an accredited institution, a state medical license, and successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Candidates with certification or active participation in the examination process leading to certification by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation are preferred.

As a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician, you'll work with facility leadership and staff to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies and procedures. You'll also help identify and address medical and clinical concerns and issues that affect patient care or quality of life. Verbal, cognitive, and numerical abilities are necessary to express ideas effectively and evaluate data and reports.

You'll provide professional services per generally accepted standards and report to the Regional Chief Medical Officer for clinical matters and the Hospital Chief Executive Officer or their designee for administrative matters. You'll also be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate medical records and evaluating, diagnosing, consulting, and managing patients with physical and/or cognitive impairment and disability.

Leadership skills are important, including problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning, communication, quality improvement, teamwork, and development. You'll also need to maintain the highest level of customer service and promote our company's mission and vision.

The position offers a salary range of $250,000 - $350,000+, plus a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, complementary voluntary benefits, optional voluntary benefits, a generous PTO plan, 401k participation option, and group discount programs.
