- Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover clinical hours plus beeper call. Dates needed: Monday August 5th-Friday August 9th, Monday September 2nd-Friday September 13th, Monday October 7th-Friday October 11th , Monday November 4th-Friday November 8th, Monday December 2nd-Friday December 6th, and Monday December 23rd-Friday January 3rd. The schedule hours for clinic /hospital is 20 hours a week. Number of patients seen per day in clinic 6-9 on acute rehabilitation unit. The call schedule id 5pm to 8am, weekdays. Average Number of Admissions per shift is 18-20 per month.
