Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiatrist to serve as our Medical Director. In this role, you will lead our team and shape the direction of patient care, and make a significant impact on the lives of our patients. We welcome applications from active practicing PM&R physicians, including new graduates. We are also willing to teach the Medical Director responsibilities to those not yet in the role.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the Medical Director of the PM&R department, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supported by NPs, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise medical staff, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Active medical license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in PM&R.
• Willingness to learn and take on the responsibilities of a medical director.
