Job Description

Last Update: 4/25/24

Join our healthcare team in Indiana, where we provide exceptional and appropriate interventional pain management services to our patients and community. As a group that has experienced rapid growth over the last few years, we are excited to expand our team and continue our mission of improving the lives of those we serve.

Benefits:

  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Emphasis on clinical growth and skill development.
  • Ownership opportunity: Participate in the economics of our growing center by buying in as a minority owner in the Ambulatory Surgical Entities (ASEs).
  • Flexibility in practice style: Choose the approach that aligns with your clinical philosophy.

Job Responsibilities

• We are a physician-led group seeking a skilled and compassionate Interventional Pain Physiatrist to join our practice.
• Your schedule will consist of two clinic days, two procedure days (focused on injections), and one OR day (stim implants if you wish them to be part of your practice).
• With a dedicated Nurse Practitioner overseeing medication management, you can optimize your time and focus on delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.
• We prioritize quality over quantity, and there are no enforced quotas for procedures. You'll have autonomy to make clinical decisions and tailor treatments to each patient's needs, without the pressure of meeting arbitrary expectations.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Active medical license in the state of Indiana.
• Demonstrated expertise in interventional pain management techniques and therapies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
