Details of Assignment:

• Location: Northeast Indiana
• Duration:
  • December: 2-3, 8-9, 16-17
  • January: 6-7, 12-14, 27-28
  • February: 16-18, 23-25
  • March: TBD
• Schedule: 24-hour call coverage
• Shift: 7a-7a
• Call: 24 hr
• Patient volume: About 15 per day on weekends (this is inclusive of new admissions)
• Scope: Inpatient PMR, round during the day, be on call in the evening. Very light evening call back
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital: 36-bed department
• Requirements: IN license required. Board Cert or board-eligible if recently trained, COVID Vaccine and booster
