- Opportunity to build your own outpatient practice. Current offerings include spasticity management with botulinum toxins and ITB pumps, general MSK, TBI/CVA/SCI management, ultrasound, EMG, medicolegal, workers comp, osteoporosis and pain management

Job Highlights:
- Current and largest need is coverage for both IRF and SNF beds
- Physiatrists serve as admitting and attending physicians for all patients
- PA/NP support provided for all inpatients, both IRF and SNF
- New acute care consult service at level 1 trauma center is quickly growing
- Possibility to develop an outpatient practice in your area(s) of interest
- Preadmission screening duties for the hospital
- Attend hospital and practice meetings as requested
- Possibility for growth in the near future at nearby facilities
- Call coverage
- 1:6 weekend average, work with PA/NP, 5-8 average admissions per weekend + follow-up visits and discharges
- 1st call 4 days of your call week; 2nd call 3 days of your call week
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive salary plus bonus
- Bonus is determined by the performance of both the physician and the group
- Comprehensive benefits package including health/dental insurance, disability/life insurance, 401K with match, CME allowance, and HSA
- 5 weeks paid time off
Candidate Qualifications:
- BC/BE in PM&R. If BE, must be within 2 years of residency completion
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Team player
- Comfort/competency in managing the medical and rehabilitation needs of patients in the inpatient rehab setting
