Physicial Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician Sought! We are seeking a BC PM & R physician to join the hospitals active medical staff. This physician will join a large multi-specialty group that is affiliated with the hospital. The ideal candidate would be board-certified (ABPMR) with at least 3 to 5 years experience. Fellowship in musculoskeletal or sports medicine preferred. Position will include covering acute rehabilitation units. In addition the position will cover the development of the sports medicine program. This physician will complete diagnostic and treatment disorders related to nerves, muscles and bones. Because physiatrists treat both acute or chronic illness, the position will support a number of our growth initiatives including spine navigation with emphasis on pre/post surgical, pain management, sports medicine, and may play a critical role as Medical Director of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
