New practice opportunity for a Pediatrician to come in working Monday thru Friday with telephone call shared at 1 in 5 after the first line of telephone call from Nurses. Join this group of Pediatricians supported by Ped Engocrinilogists, Allergests and Pulmonary / Sleep specialists. Salary range is from $181,000 to over $200,000 annually.
Compensation Plan:
Salary Guarantee for the first 18 months, then on production. At 24 months, you are offered shareholdership with no buy-in. Benefit is profit sharing within group and being able to be involved in decision making ability. Pay is based on RVUs. If you exceed the RVU threshold then you get bonused.
