• First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
• Rounding newborns and possibly assisting with C-sections and deliveries as needed 0-3 times per month. The call is 10-days per month which will be split 3-ways once we have a third Peds physician.
• Entire Clinic: 48 Physicians, 30 Allied Health Professionals (PA or ARNP)
• Average of 25-30 patients a day
