Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatrician to join a busy multi-specialty clinic. New and practicing physicians are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidate will have a California medical license. All candidates must be US Board Eligible with Certification preferred. This position is predominately an outpatient practice with inpatient call of 1:2 (average of one call every other night); call can be taken from home. Level I Nursery call rotation required along with occasional delivery/C-section coverage. Opportunity is for full employment with an attractive recruitment package available.
Compensation package includes: salary guarantee (based on FMV guidelines), relocation package, full health/dental/vision benefits package, 401k, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage. Income is based on productivity (wRVU model) after guarantee period. Extremely flexible model - physicians determine their own work load and schedule; income is commiserate to production
Located in northwest San Bernardino County, it is home to a major military and transportation center for the Inland Empire. The town is located almost exactly midway between Los Angeles, California (130 miles southwest) and Las Vegas, Nevada (125 miles northeast). 30-bed facility with a 16-bed Emergency Dept., offering the latest in medical, surgical, ICU and obstetric care for the over 30,000 residents.
