Outpatient-Only Pediatric Opening a couple hours north of Sacramento...

Year One:

• $235,000 Annual Base Salary

• $50,000 Arrival Bonus

• Up to $15,000 qualifying Relocation Expenses

• Comprehensive Benefit Package, valued at $54,288, to include:

- 3 Weeks Vacation

- 8 Paid Holidays

- 1 Week CME Leave with $2,000 Expenses

- Company Sponsored Health Plan for You and Family

- $250,000 Life Insurance

- Automatic 3% Employer Contribution to 401k after 6 months

• Schedule of Monday through Friday, 8a – 5p

• 3 – 5 year Agreement including Malpractice

Year Two:

• $205,000 Annual Base Salary + WRVU Productivity Salary for WRVU over median for specialty

• Flexible Schedule if meeting median WRVUs

• All Above Benefit Package

• $50,000 Retention Bonuses End of Year 2

• $50,000 Retention Bonuses End of Year 3
