A facility 1 hour from Davenport, Iowa needs a locum tenens pediatrician starting this December. Are you available?
- Dates:
- December 25th - 31st,
- January 1st - 3rd, January 31st - February 3rd, February 14th - 17th, February 28th - March 2nd
- Schedule: 24-hour weekend call coverage, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- Volume: 2 admissions per day; 80% nursery, 100% inpatient; 8 nursery beds, 10 pediatric beds
- Cases: high-risk deliveries, circumcisions, lumbar puncture, chest tube insertion; admission and care of sick and well newborns
- Requirements: board certification in pediatrics, BLS, NRP, PALS; active IA license preferred, will accept IMLC
- EMR: Cerner PowerChart
- Credentialing: 35-40 days; emergency privileges in 2 weeks
