- 3 patients per hour
- Types of cases: Preventive care and wellness, Physicals, Regular care for chronic illness, Sick visits for acute illness, Immunizations, Annual flu vaccines, Referral for specialty care to local hospitals and specialists, Care coordination and follow-up
- Ages seen: Newborn-12yrs
- Provider Mix: 1.5 MA to each provider, NP supervision, RN
- EMR: GE Centricity
- Requirements: State License, Board Certification required, Open to D.O., DEA, Medicare/Medicaid Number
