- Earn $227,000 plus a $20,000 annual quality bonus and wRVU productivity bonuses
- Up to $100,000 in loan repayment
- Enjoy 1:3 call - only at 1 hospital
- Designated pediatric beds at the hospital and Level II nursery
- Delivery and C-Section attendance is not required
- 25 days paid time off plus 5 days CME time off
- $3,500 CME stipend
- Childcare available on hospital campus
