Brand New: Pediatrics Opportunity in Southeast Indiana - Between Louisville & Cincinnati!!

We currently have a fulltime pediatric employment position open with our hospital – with an immediate need.

Requirements:
· Be Indiana licensed
· Do both inpatient & outpatient
· Clinic, Hospital rounding, admissions, ER consults and Call
· M-F clinic, 9a-5p
· 25-30ppd
· Call Schedule: 1 in 4
· Nursery Level 1
· must attend C-sections and deliveries
· Circs are highly preferred.

Physician Remuneration (for fulltime equivalents)
You would be an employee of the Hospital
1. Base Pay: $180,000
(With productivity bonus current pediatricians are earning $288,000 - $300,000)
2. Student loan forgiveness: Negotiable
3. Yearly Quality Incentive: $10,000
4. Bonus Compensation for RVUs in excess of agreed threshold.
5. Weekend Call Coverage: 1 in 4.
6. Vacation time: 4 weeks for first 3 years and 5 weeks thereafter
7. CME Hours: 40 hours of paid CME time off per year.
8. CME & Dues allowance: $4,000 per year.
9. Moving expenses up to $10,000
10. Pension
11. Other – Hospital pays all incidental expenses, including Malpractice, Licensure, DEA, CSR, etc.
12. Hospital pays for nursing/reception staff salaries and benefits and manages staffing issues for the physicians.
