Position Overview
As a Pediatrician, you'll provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse pediatric population. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating various illnesses, conducting newborn nursery rounds at a nearby medical center, and collaborating with a family medicine residency program. You'll engage in mentorship, teaching, and policy development, supported by a robust electronic medical records system.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $163,200.00 to $213,000.00 annually
- Eligibility for NHSC Loan Repayment or State Loan Repayment programs
- 27 days of PTO, 3 personal days, 1 floating holiday, and 8 paid holidays
- $3,000 annual CME allowance and 5 days of CME time
- FTCA coverage – no external malpractice or tail coverage required
- Medical/Dental/Vision coverage starting the first of the month after 30 days
- Company-paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage
- Discretionary 403(b) match and profit sharing after meeting service requirements
