We’re currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established, physician-led private practice in Southwest Louisiana. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a strong support team and flexible scheduling.

- Schedule: 4.5-day workweek with flexible scheduling
- Clinic Hours: Generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | First appointment at 8:30 AM | Last appointment at 4:30 PM
- Weekend Coverage: Shared rotating coverage among providers
- Call: Shared equally among the provider team
- Inpatient: Limited to well-baby newborn rounding; no NICU coverage or delivery attendance
- Patient Population: Newborns through 18 years
- Patient Volume: Approximately 28–36 patients per day
- Setting: Fully outpatient
- EMR: Veridigm (formerly Allscripts)
- Support: Dedicated nurse, float nurse/MA support, clinical managers, office/practice management, billing, referrals and prior authorization support
- Start Date: Immediate

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $225,000 to start
- 40% Production Bonus based on collections with monthly transparent tracking
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Active or eligible for an unrestricted Louisiana medical license
Federal DEA license
Open to experienced Pediatricians and graduating residents
English required; Spanish not required
