Overview:
Our practice in Trenton is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive well-child and sick visit care to pediatric patients. New graduates and experienced physicians are both encouraged to apply.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: 3-4 days per week, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Competitive salary: $150,000–250,000, plus productivity bonus (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough pediatric patient examinations, including well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up appointments
• Diagnose and manage common childhood illnesses, acute conditions, and minor injuries in outpatient settings
• Provide vaccination administration and immunization counseling in line with current guidelines
• Assess growth patterns and developmental milestones, identifying and addressing potential delays or concerns
• Offer family-centered communication and counseling on treatment plans and preventive care
• Document patient encounters, diagnoses, and care plans accurately in the EHR
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and specialists as needed
• Participate in practice-wide quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Michigan
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Experience in a community-based or private pediatric office setting, with quality improvement or practice management experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills, with an interest in preventive health programs and patient education
• Second language ability a plus
