Position Overview
A well-established pediatric practice is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a growing team in Mechanicsville, Virginia. With upcoming physician retirements, this opportunity provides immediate access to an established patient base, strong referral patterns, and long-term practice growth within a supportive, physician-led environment.
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
* Eligible for Virginia Medical Licensure
* Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care
* New graduates and experienced pediatricians encouraged to apply

Schedule & Patient Volume
* 36 Clinical Hours Per Week
* 4 Hours Protected Administrative Time

* Outpatient pediatric practice
* Opportunities for virtual visits through telehealth platforms
Call & Hospital Coverage
* Shared call coverage among 14 pediatric providers across three regional pediatric practices
* Approximately 3–4 Call Days Per Month
* Call Hours:
* 5:00 PM – 7:30 AM
* Average of 2–4 Calls Per Night
* Hospital privileges at regional hospitals
* No Inpatient Admissions Required
