Start Date: August 1, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: 1:3 beeper call
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Coverage Type: Call Only
Volume: Approximately 7 patients per shift and 1 admission
Setting: Inpatient
Department Size: 15 beds
Support: Seven RNs and two office staff
EMR: Cerner and Athena
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Clinical Details
Inpatient pediatric and newborn call coverage
Noninvasive ventilation management for newborns
Acute newborn ventilation management
Newborn intubation
UVC and UAC placement
Needle decompression for pneumothorax
Chest tube insertion preferred
Minor laceration repair and circumcision preferred
Pediatric ventilation and pediatric intubation not required
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Active Oklahoma license
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
Active DEA
