Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity in Reno, NV
Assignment Details
- Full-time Pediatric Hospitalist position
- Inpatient pediatric ward coverage in a 30-bed unit
- Average daily census of 16-18 patients
- Perform newborn nursery examinations
- Provide pediatric consultations in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Work alongside a dedicated 16-bed PICU staffed by pediatric intensivists
- Participate in teaching pediatric residents and medical students
- Academic affiliation with the University of Nevada School of Medicine
- Practice in a Level II Trauma Center serving northern Nevada and northeastern California
- Permanent position requiring residence in the local area

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Nevada medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA and CSR/CDS eligibility required prior to start
- Clean malpractice and license history preferred
- Must not require visa sponsorship

- Base salary: $190,000 - $230,000 based on experience and training
