### **Pediatric Hospitalist opening in Shreveport, LA**
Located in Shreveport, LA – Dallas 3h; Little Rock 3h
Full-time; Employed
Seeking BC/BE
### **Overview:**
* Join a physician-led pediatric inpatient team
* Seven-on, seven-off schedule
* Four-physician rotation model
* Day shifts consist of in-house floor management and admissions
* Night shifts are unrestricted call from home
* Q4 weekend unassigned newborn nursery coverage
* Additional paid nursery coverage opportunities available
* Manage inpatient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
* Provide pediatric emergency department consultations
* Coordinate care with primary pediatricians and specialists
* Stabilize and prepare patients requiring transfer to intensive care
* Participate in pediatric resuscitation and rapid response events
* PALS and NRP certifications required
