Shift Details:
Need:
06/24/2026 - 10/02/2026
M-F, (830-5 or 9-530 or 930-6) part time also available
Facility Details:
EMR: EPIC
22 patients per shift
Provider requirements:
Licensed in GA & BLS required
Credentialing: 3 weeks
