Overview

Practice Details
* Established pediatric practice with opportunity for rapid growth
* Expected volume: 20–40 patients per day once established
* Schedule:
* Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* EPIC electronic health record system
* Point-of-care testing available onsite
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including preventive and acute services
* Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions
* Monitor growth and development and provide anticipatory guidance
* Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention
* Supervise and collaborate with APPs and clinical staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
* Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Practice Environment
* Teaching hospital affiliation with residency programs

Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
* Eligible for medical licensure in Michigan
* DEA registration required
* BLS required; PALS recommended
Compensation & Benefits
* Two-year guaranteed salary plus productivity bonuses
