Your Impact in This Role

• Provide primary, acute, chronic, and emergency pediatric care
• Conduct physical exams, developmental screenings, and diagnostic evaluations
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions
• Develop treatment plans and ensure continuity of care across settings
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation 📋
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care at every visit

Hospital & Clinical Responsibilities

• Maintain active hospital privileges
• Participate in inpatient pediatric care and call coverage (nights, weekends, holidays) 🌙
• Coordinate closely with medical staff for seamless care transitions
• Support continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient settings

Collaboration & Professional Growth

• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and clinical programs
• Attend provider meetings and continuing medical education 📚
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support training, education, and organizational initiatives
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and clinical standards

Patient & Family Care

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
• Provide clear, compassionate, culturally responsive communication 🌍
• Educate caregivers on prevention, treatment, and wellness strategies
• Support families through every stage of care

What You Bring

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Pediatric Residency
• Board Certification in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible Washington State medical license
• Strong pediatric clinical and diagnostic skills
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 🌐
